SUPER 8 MOTEL Maintenance Person in ALAMOSA, Colorado

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Person

MUSTS: Must be able to pass background check, initial and random drug testing. Must be at least 18 years of age due to nature of the job. Must be able to work any day and any hours as needed. Must be able to physically perform the requirements of the job to include, but not limited to; standing, stooping, bending, crawling, climbing, stooping, reaching twisting, good manual dexterity, ability to lift and carry.

SKILLS: Basic maintenance, painting, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical, grounds keeping.

DUTIES: Perform maintenance duties for motel. Make repairs to motel rooms, lobby, etc. Paint. Perform other related duties. Will be working indoors and outdoors, with exposure to; power driven equipment, sharp objects, heavy tools, chemicals, and related hazards.

WAGES: $14.42 or more per hour, depending on experience and skills. Paid twice monthly.

JOB TO START: As soon as qualified applicant is hired.

SHIFT & DURATION: This is a permanent, part-time position of approximately 15+ hours per week. Exact days and hours will be assigned by management.

JOB SITE: Alamosa, Colorado.
