ERISA attorneys will be interested in this firm's opportunity via Robert Half to join their team. You MUST be barred in California and come with at least one year of ERISA litigation experience to be considered for this position.

    Requirements

  • Detailed and have the ability work independently

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed

  • Licensed to practice law in California

  • Stellar academic credentials and references

  • Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

  • Foundational knowledge in Federal Employment Law

  • Expertise in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)

  • Deep understanding of federal courts

  • Civil Litigation Experience experience highly desired

  • Solid understanding of ERISA employee benefits

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
