Market Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, expert individual to join our Laboratory Chemical Division (LCD) team, to support the global growth and and drive the success of our market development strategies of our Laboratory Analytical Reagents (LAR) business unit. As a Market Development Manager, you will play a vital role in our ambitious mission. ​​​​​

Location:

This is a remote position for residents in the USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine market development opportunities, and develop strategic marketing plans to capture them

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key industry, customer, and competitor trends and activities

  • Successfully lead and implement multiple marketing campaigns throughout the year to increase brand awareness and market share

  • Collaborate with product management, technical scientists, and other cross-functional positions to ensure flawless execution of marketing programs

  • Drive customer engagement through targeted marketing initiatives

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing in the scientific industry

  • Demonstrated history of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $84,400.00–$126,550.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
