Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to work on one of the fastest growing projects in the kingdom .

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain and monitor and organize all project meetings, plans, schedules, working hours, and provide any administrative support needed to ensure effective project operations

  • Interface with other department Section Managers as necessary.

  • Interacts with employees in other departments, disciplines or any other internal and external stakeholders such as contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, government agencies, consultants, or investors, or others as necessary.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, project’s schedules and information.

  • Liaise with the client to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and to ensure that client needs are met as the project evolves.

  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

  • Administer and organize various project administration activities, from simple to more complex ones.

  • Analyze project risks and opportunities.

  • Work closely with team members to prepare actions plans and monitor as necessary.

  • Perform various coordinating tasks and administrative duties such as maintaining department documentation.

  • Perform administrative functions between other offices as necessary.

  • Filing, photocopy documents and distribute as required per Royal Commission standard procedures.

  • Maintain documents by listing the documents and storing them at the designated places.

  • Act as point of contact and coordinate departmental telephone calls as required.

  • Prepare and develop statistical work related reports as needed by the Department.

  • Provide administrative support in work related responsibilities of the Department.

  • Perform system maintenance functions including correspondence transmittal systems and other tools.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field.

  • Fresh graduates with no professional experience can be considered.

  • Up to 3 years of experience in project coordination, document control, administration and support, including secretarial works.

  • Ability to prepare reports, organization structure, flow charts, schedules and action plans.

  • Strong organizational skills including multi-tasking and time management.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Other computer skills are a plus.
