Role Summary:

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Review customer contracts / Purchase Orders - to determine the requirements are adequately defined.

  • Able to resolve open commercial / technical / production & financial issues

  • Coordinate activities with Operations personnel to meet customer requirements and expectations.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Management of Flowserve to take advantage of the Purchasing power of Flowserve globally

  • Meet external customer requirements & expectations for software / shipment & quality

  • Meet internal customer requirements for advance material orders / order entry & communication contract requirements.

  • Meet or exceed project profit margins

  • Actively support reduction in DSO and expedite customer payments

  • Develop / monitor & achieve the project schedule and milestones whilst keeping the customer advised

  • Adhere closely with the Flowserve Policies & Procedures to ensure compliance with SOX, ISO and others

  • Interact with both customer & Sales, travel as required.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering discipline, preferably mechanical engineering and / or combination of education & experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience

  • Project Management skills - Ability to use MS Project prefered

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent organisational & prioritisation skills

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Ability to work in a CIP environment
