About the Opportunity This is an open position with FirstEnergy Service Company, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. This position is a key member of the Talent Management team and is accountable for developing, facilitating, leading and consulting on key talent and HR processes that will ensure a strong pipeline of talent and process accountability critical to a highly effective organization. This person will serve as an advisor, thought-leader and partner to the CHRO; VP, Talent Management; HR Business Partners and senior leadership on talent reviews, succession planning, leadership assessment, high-potential development and leadership development, performance management and other key HR processes and initiatives as needed. In collaboration with the VP, Talent Management and CHRO, this person will influence and own the strategy around our C-suite successor talent review and development process, will facilitate discussions with Executive Council and prepare materials for the Board of Directors.
