Role Objective Responsible for record review of blending and packaging operations for Over-the-Counter, cosmetic, and EPA products internally, assuring products have been manufactured in accordance with the regulations, applicable procedures, and customer requirements. Is the decision owner on product suitability for release for distribution based upon their review. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Performs record review of internal blending and packaging operations, including rework and secondary packaging operations. Reviews documentation, verifies labels, and reconciles finished goods and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Reviews and verifies sampling, including micro, analytical, reserves, stability, and verification Assures data integrity is maintained across all operations Confirms inventory to destination warehouses Enters shelf life expiration dates in ERP Decision-owner on routine product disposition (i.e. suitable for release and distribution) Executes product stock postings Generates Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Manufacture Generates Quality Notification for non-compliant products/processes Generation, maintenance, and distribution of the daily HOT list Communication and problem resolution with relevant parties (Operations, Contract Manufacturing Organizations, Deviation Management, Supply Chain Management, etc.) Education and Experience BA/BS in a technical area or a minimum of two (2) years college course work with two (2) years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new software Proven record in decision-making and problem resolution skills Competencies Being Resilient Collaborates Cultivates Innovation Customer Focus Drives Results Supervision/Coordination May participate in project teams May communicate product status to stakeholders Role Type Mostly Virtual - Less than 10% on-site work Physical Requirements Office Worker - Physical Requirements Office Worker - Equipment Used Office Worker - Work Environment Travel Requirements Overnight Travel - not required To Apply: To apply for this position, please complete the online application process.
