Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Akron, OH. Hybrid (2 days/week on-site. first 3 days of close on-site required)
Start Date: Immediate upon acceptance.
Overview:
Jefferson Wells is seeking two experienced Financial Analysts to join our team immediately for a long-term (12-18 months) contract engagement supporting our client in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
Provide backfill support for current employees and fill skillset gaps within the team as needed.
Perform general accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations,financial statement preparation, and other ad hoc activities.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of large accounting ERP systems, i.e. Oracle or SAP preferred. Large company ($500M+ revenue) experience required.
Manufacturing industry and cost accounting is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with specific on-site requirements.
No management experience is required.
