Genesis Corp Executive Assistant in Akron, Ohio

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with our client located in Akron, OH. This is a hybrid 12-month contract position. This role pays $30-33 /hour W2 based on experience. Candidates must be local to Akron, OH and will need to work onsite at least 3 days per week. Responsibilities: Coordinating general office functions and providing multifaceted support to the VP, Corporate Affairs & Community Involvement, President, client Foundation Maintaining a complex calendar on a daily basis Handling general SAP and ELM administrative work Providing support to the CACI Consultants in processing and managing Corporate Contributions in SAP; Generate Voucher Checks and complete Due Diligence Checklists and Check Distribution Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executive, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response. Supporting other CACI team members with planning activities for corporate-wide campaigns, Event Sponsorships, Special Events Calendar, etc. Serve as CACI Liaison with community partners and non-profit organizations; possibly attend some community events Interacting frequently with executives, other stakeholders, and high-profile external visitors; providing high quality service and support Performing various general office duties involving record and file maintenance (electronic and hard copy), travel arrangements and expense reporting, scheduling meetings and conference calls, mail distribution, receiving and directing visitors and telephone reception Preparing correspondence and presentations Developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets Using excellent communication skills with good judgment Anticipating needs and delivering results consistently Demonstrating a solid commitment to all aspects of safety including maintaining a safe workplace for coworkers Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Minimum 10 years work experience required. Previous experience providing support to a senior executive preferred. Must pass company Support and Administrative Selection System (SASS) test Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). SAP experience required.
