CHC Employer Services Coordinator in Akron, Ohio

CHC is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction.

We are currently seeking an EAP Coordinator to to sell our services to outside companies. The EAP Coordinator will serve as a liaison between companies, promoting CHC's medical and counseling services, including, but not limited to: drug screens, background checks, drug free workplace trainings, flu shot clinics, counseling services, etc.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Marketing medical, counseling, and urinalysis services to outside companies
  • Maintaining and evaluating the EAP customer list, keeping our billing and medical teams informed of updates
  • Drawing up comprehensive written services contracts for services to outside companies
  • Urinalysis collection for EAP accounts as needed

Minimum Requirements: Must have High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year sales experience. Knowledge of drug and alcohol testing, screening, and available treatment, along with Medical Assisting experience preferred.
