This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Akron, Ohio, and is a short-term contract / temporary to hire engagement.

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

  • Receive and place telephone calls

  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Proven computer skills

  • Data entry experience

  • Customer service experience desired

  • Research experience

  • Lien Searches experience preferred

  • Adeptness in Microsoft Office Suites

  • General familiarity with Administrative Office

  • Email Correspondence experience preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
