Business Development and Account Manager - Akron, OH - JOB 24-00417 Base Salary: $30,000 - $50,000 Permanent Position with Benefits (Total Compensation): From $70,000 - $150,000 per year Based upon meeting and exceeding goals for the first 1-2 years. Five years' experience required Local privately owned and Operated Communications and Coaching, LLC is a management consulting and small business coaching firm that specializes in strategic planning, business advisory services, and structured finance as well as capital acquisition services for startups and business expansion. Responsibilities: • Attending local and regional business networking events via webinars, • Find new business clients • Zoom meetings, and in-person events on behalf of the company to develop relationships with centers of influence, business owners, and prospective clients. • Advising, collaborating, and working in a cooperative manner with colleagues, third-party advisors, and consultants to achieve client objectives and goals. • Daily utilization of social media and other online platforms to establish a strong company and brand image in the marketplace that generates business opportunities and interest in the Company. • Business Development Account Manager candidate will display the following: • The ability to work self-directed and in a professional autonomous manner while managing priorities, projects, and timelines. • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills via both email communications, webinars/Zoom meetings, and consultation sessions. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions that are conveyed by senior management and clients. • Ability to solve problems and work under pressure in both the office and at clients' business locations. • Attention to detail, the ability to complete tasks on time, and always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. The Ideal Candidate: Have a strong desire to be successful and earn a great total compensation package that is based upon results, long-term client relationships, and teamwork within the firm. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related professional position such as business banking, accounting, commercial financing, or B2B account sales and management. Furthermore, previous experience in consulting, business advising, payroll or accounting sales, as well as commercial real estate are significant advantages. Strong business education and knowledge such as a: BS, BA, or MBA degree or very significant and verifiable professional experience, certifications, licenses, in management, finance, accounting, and/or business/personal banking professional. Education: • Bachelors (Preferred) • Work Location: Akron or North Canton (Main Office) & Some Remote Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
