The AI Analyst must have professional experience in AI model training, fine-tuning, and management, and a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analytics. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analytics. Creative problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative thinking. Exceptional, professional level communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach. The ability to be detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement. The ability to work in a team environment and be a team player who thrives in collaborative and dynamic environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Job Responsibilities: Post-Model Training and Fine-Tuning: Take charge of advanced post-model training sessions, refining and enhancing the performance of our AI to exceed benchmarks. Prompt Engineering: Craft compelling and effective prompts to extract the maximum potential from AI models, ensuring optimal interaction and output quality. Testing Multiple Models: Rigorously test a variety of AI models to determine their effectiveness, reliability, and suitability for various business applications. Creative AI Utilization: Conceptualize and develop groundbreaking ways to integrate AI into our core business practices, boosting efficiency and unlocking new possibilities. Customer Interface: Work directly with clients to discover new and innovative use cases for AI, ensuring our technology meets their evolving needs and adds value to their business. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the company to support AI implementation, providing insights and expertise to drive success.
