Job Description

With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.

At Pali Momi’s Cardiac Catheter labs, we employ the latest catheterization technology to diagnose heart problems and identify the most appropriate treatment plan for each patient.

If you have exceptional technical and patient care skills, you could help our Cardiac Catheterization Lab deliver quality, compassionate cardiac care to our patients and their families. As the Cardiac Catheterization Radiology Technologist, you will help to perform a variety of invasive and noninvasive diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization procedures, as well as other relevant technical duties. This position is for someone with a strong sense of quality control, a talent for managing complex instrumentation and procedures and a commitment to helping our organization deliver the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Current radiologic technologist license with the State of Hawaii (CRT). Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Complete skills checklist within three (3) months. Six (6) months experience in performing special procedures.

Preferred Qualifications: Registered with the American Registry of Radiologists in Cardiovascular Interventional Technology (CIT). Six (6) months working experience in performing invasive cardiac catheter procedures.
