You will be reporting to the local Packaging Manager and will coordinate and supervise, in accordance with the production programa, the preventive and Coordinates and supervises, in accordance with the production program, the preventive and/or corrective maintenance operations of the equipment in his/her area, in order to ensure the continuity of production operations and extend its useful life. In addition, he/she manages the personnel under his/her charge, supply of materials, preventive and/or corrective maintenance, quality opportunities, and optimization of resources in order to achieve the company's objectives. Ideally you will have significant operations experience gained within retail industry

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Industrial, Mecathronics, Automation Engineer or related qualification

  • Ability to work within varied cultural teams

  • People management experience

  • Leadership skills

  • Organized and multi-tasking

  • Fluent in English
