As a Process Intern , you'll have the unique opportunity to work within an Specialist Engineering Team involve into new process technologies introduction. How will I contribute?

You will work under the direction of an assigned Process Engineer mentor to develop and implement project deliverables. Project sizes will vary, and will consist primarily of introduction technologies projects including automation field, with new and existing lines, (renovations/retrofits ).You'll part of our Process Engineering Team focuses on the design and engineering of manufacturing technologies introduction & production lines supporting.

Responsibilities

  • Developing project documents and deliverables such as:

  • Process Statistical Validations

  • Statement of Work

  • Parameter Sheet

  • Strain Test Reports

  • Electrical and Pneumatic Diagrams development if is needed

  • Plans, schedules, installation details and specifications in coordination with manufacturing partners and trade partners

  • Assisting with the development of conceptual designs and coordinating tasks assigned under the direction of the Process Engineering mentor.

  • Task coordinating assigned with other disciplines and other internal and external team members (e.g., vendors, clients, and contractors).

  • Active student bachelor’s Degree, Mechanical, Electronics and Mechatronics Engineering, preferred. Have university insurance.

  • Interest to learn of new technologies processes, preferred.

  • Knowledge of use of statistical tools for process and equipment analysis( SPC, MCA, CPK), preferred but not expected.

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Solid Works, Minitab tools, preferred but not expected

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), preferred

  • English medium / high

  • Team work skills, be self motivated, clear and effective communication skills, well organized.

  • Electronic and pneumatic knowledge, preferred
