As Warehouse Manager you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex industrial/logistic department, assuring excellent quality standards.

Here some responsibilities you will have:

  • Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals in order to ensure that the warehouse operates in an efficient way;

  • Supervision, organization and training of warehouse staff;

  • Develop operating systems by controlling product handling and storage requirements, equipment usage, inventory, door flow, and shipping methods;

  • Manage the warehouse team to solve daily operational problems and gain short- and long-term performance goals;

  • Supervise day to day operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics;

  • Study workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service;

  • Management and monitoring of international shipments of plants in foreign geographical areas;

  • Provide a safe and healthy working environment

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Master Degree in Engineering or Economics;

  • At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse role mangaing hourly employees;

  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff;

  • Problem solving skills;

  • Data analyst skilss;

  • Good relational skilss with focus on team management

  • Good knowledge of English.
