CNC Machinist Agawam, Massachusetts, USA 24 USD - 35 USD/hour Job Description Join our rapidly growing team as a CNC Machinist or CNC Operator! With our facility expanding, we are bringing in 6 new CNC Machines and seeking skilled individuals to join us. You will have the opportunity to work on precise plastic Aerospace pieces while maintaining strict tolerances. Ideal candidates should be experienced with CNC Mills and open to learning new skills such as full set up, adjusting offsets, and changing tooling. You will be working closely with other machinists, set up machinists, and the production manager daily. Responsibilities include loading, operating, and maintaining machinery, ensuring the quality of finished products, performing day-to-day documentation, reviewing setup sheets, and proactively seeking improvements in our processes. This role involves working with smaller Aerospace Plastic pieces and ensuring +1/-1 tolerances are upheld. We are currently hiring for the 1st and 2nd shifts. All candidates must train on the 1st shift.
