As our Broadacre Specialist, you’ll join the team to support the BASF Agriculture business in achieving its goals. You will collaborate closely with various functions to build a market strategy for current and new products, as well as sharing market insights to support business aims.

You’ll:

  • Utilise your product knowledge & partner with marketing & sales, to create demand for BASF products within your portfolio, at end user level.

  • Engage, plan & deliver demonstration programs to showcase products.

  • Drive adoption of new innovations for the entire Broadacre portfolio.

  • Proactively engage & build strong relationships with key end user customers, advisors & consultants.

  • Proactively manage the sales budget.

Ingredients for Success

To be successful in this role, you’ll have strong planning and time management skills. You’ll be a natural communicator and be able to build and influence relationships with strategic partners.

You’ll:

  • Have knowledge / experience of the agriculture industry/seeds and have the desire and ability to learn.

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities whilst keeping various stakeholders up to date.

  • Be customer focused and able to work autonomously to reach goals and deadlines.

  • Be proactive and adaptable.
