What’s on the menu for your next career move? As our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you could be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Hands on, day to day managing of the Food & Beverage department

  • Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them

  • Directing, coaching and developing our food & beverage team through regular feedback and goal setting

  • Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices

  • Multitasking to oversee our food and beverage outlets, room service, and banquet facilities

What We need from you:

  • Experience working in a supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality venue

  • Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm and positiviy in the team to drive an engaged winning culture

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, being able to liase with external and internal stakeholders

  • Available to work a rotating roster, this includes evenings, weekends and Public Holidays

  • Have a current South Australian RSA and Food safety Certificate

  • Must have working rights for Australia
