The Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District is seeking an Industrial Technology or Agriculture education teacher for the 2024-25 school year to join our growing district. This position will be a 1.0 FTE at ADM High School.ADM HS educates approximately 700 students and is located in Adel and shares the complex with the Middle School. The ideal candidate would be skilled in encouraging student creativity and self-expression, demonstrating a love and appreciation for our Career and Technical Education courses, and providing students with age appropriate experiences. The successful candidate will have knowledge of standards referenced grading and professional learning communities. Applicants must be highly collaborative, demonstrate passion for education and a personal philosophy that doing whatever it takes to help students to be successful.Requirements:

  • Valid Teacher License

  • 9-12 Industrial Technology Endorsement or 9-12 Agriculture Endorsement
