       The Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District is seeking applicants interested in being a fulltime substitute at the High School for the 2024-2025 school year. This position is a daily substitute at the 9-12 grade levels. ADM High School is a highly collaborative staff that educates approximately 650 students and shares a complex with the Middle School. The successful candidate will have knowledge of standards referenced grading and professional learning communities. Applicants must be highly collaborative, demonstrate passion for education and a personal philosophy of doing whatever it takes to help students be successful. ADM strives to hire teachers that are Hungry for learning and student success, Humble in the success they have, and a person that is people smart and understands others and their needs. Requirements:

  • Valid 9-12 Teacher License
