SOFTTEK INTEGRATION SYSTEMS Project Manager in ADDISON, Texas
[**[Project Manager (Addison, TX) - Full Time [[Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Gather project requirements and assess available [[resources. Coordinate teams of up to 3 developers. Collect information with client stakeholders to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems. Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and recruitment or assignment of project personnel pursuant to project finances. Assist with conducting interviews with external and internal company candidates to staff the project, assign duties, and scope of authority to personnel. Coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Liaise with client users, and other Softtek Technical managerial staff to identify and understand business needs and develop web applications for our client according to Softteks standards. Manage project budget and finances.
