[**[Information Technology Delivery Manager (Addison, TX) - Full Time [[Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Supervises Computer System Analysts. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Maintain Relationship with the ETO Managers and operation alignment with client Strategy. Overall operation tracking and cadence including Incident Management, Service Request, and Change Management for assigned area. Response and Escalation of any event with business impact (SA/EI/MI). Resource productivity management including workload assignment, capacity management, and deliverables quality. Coverage model, shifts assignment, on call tracking and monthly timesheets tracking. PTO tracking and approval and client notification, including back up plan to mitigate operational impact. Operations KPIs tracking including Items Aging, Response and Restore time. Optimization, Improvements, and efficiencies identification/execution. Risk Management.
