Solis Mammography/ Washington Radiology Graphic Designer in Addison, Texas

Solis Mammography, a fast-growing women’s healthcare brand, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support marketing programs across the organization. The role will support Solis Mammography and our sister brand Washington Radiology. The Graphic Designer designs and produces marketing and communications projects for a wide variety of initiatives from new center launches and market-based materials, to social media campaigns, brand campaigns and more. Working with the Brand Director, project managers and other key stakeholders, the Designer manages timelines, estimates and accuracy, delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Graphic Designer position requires the following competencies: creative thinking and problem-solving, business acumen, a collaborative personality, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners. This individual must be adept at creating materials for complex projects, building trust among multiple stakeholders, while maintaining brand and messaging consistency.

Will be required to come into office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 

Duties of this role:

  • Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals.

  • Work with internal business partners to ensure that a creative theme is included throughout all materials.

  • Attend and participate in meetings as assigned.

  • Design of marketing communication pieces, including new center launch materials, sales support and campaign support.

  • Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion.

  • Partner with internal business partners as needed on the development of communications pieces.

  • Maintain quality checks on all projects, including Power Point presentations for executive team.

  • Creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting-edge industry knowledge.

  • Manage creative files and branding consistency across all platforms.

    Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency or in-house marketing department. Healthcare and/or retail experience a plus.

  • Daily proficiency in the following: Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, with experience preparing files for printing, social, video, email and web use. Additional proficiency required: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Smartsheet. Familiarity with video production, HTML and animation a plus.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. Self-motivated, deadline-driven and solutions oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships inside and outside the organization.

  • Strong conceptual skills, strong sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
