Staxmatic, LLC Commercial HVAC Foreman Level 3 in Addison, Texas

Staxmatic, LLC is currently looking for technicians that install, complete preventative maintenance services and perform repairs on Commercial HVAC systems. Staxmatic utilizes ServiceTitan, fully stocked vans, automized ladder racks and weekly pay. Staxmatic technicians excel at customer service and communication. You may be a good fit for this position if you have previous experience in Commercial refrigeration service as well.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the sheet metal trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Coordinates activities of assigned craft workers. Responsible for maintaining the productivity of the crew.

  • Provides guidance, mentoring, and training to the crew. Conducts tool box talks as required.

  • Participates in job planning for work packages and construction schedules.

  • Operates and supervises operation of equipment and machinery such as backhoes, forklifts, man lifts, power tools and tampers. Works with tools to meet construction schedules or other demands.

  • Inspects work in progress and completed work to ensure work meets quality and productivity expectations.

  • Identifies and communicates construction conflicts and material shortages.

  • Eliminates construction and job site hazards to reduce safety incidents.

  • Assists in maintaining assigned tool inventory.

  • Assists the crew Foreman in producing quality work and a positive experience for the customer.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • High School Diploma or GED. Technical training in related field is preferred.

  • Must hold appropriate equipment certifications.

  • 5+ years of experience.

  • Clean background and able to pass a drug test. 

  • Ability to produce quality work in an efficient manner.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and provide leadership.

  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.

  • Must comply with all safety processes and procedures.
