ASRC Federal Holding Company Program Analyst - Journeyman in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics (AFFL), LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, posted this requisition for the purpose of capturing data for those interested in working on the Program Executive Office, Command, Control and Communications Tactical (PEO C3T) Systems Engineering and Program Management (SEPM) contract in the event the contract is awarded to AFFL. Specifically, AFFL is looking for a Program Analyst. This position would be located at APG, MD. The individual must be able to perform all functional duties independently, with limited supervision.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a wide range of planning, evaluation, review, and prioritization of technical and financial resource activities associated with assigned programs.

  • Supporting program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions.

  • Supporting Government cost analysis, forecasting, and planning, to include support of the POM/BES, and other cost functions for assigned programs.

  • Coordinating with Program Managers, PEO staff, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects.

  • Applying expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation to meet organizational missions, goals and objectives.

  • Working with requiring activity to support the POE development, and work with SOMARDS and GFEBS to process financial transactions.

Requirements :

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial/Accounting

  • 10 years of financial experience working within the DoD environment.

  • 1 academic year at a technical school in an accredited business-related program for 1 year of experience.

  • 5 additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Secret clearance is required.
