CACI has an opening for a cleared Strategic Planner to support the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager at our Army client at APG. This role will facilitate all activities, both internal and external.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Facilitates all activities, both internal and external, for the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager.

  • Ensures the priorities of the PM and DPM are kept in the forefront and tracked accordingly.

  • Disseminate tasks and guidance from the PM to subordinate Product Management Offices, and ensure deadlines are met

  • Manage multiple calendars and meetings for leadership

  • Prepare the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager with the necessary resources for meetings;

  • Coordinate withProgram Managers, PEO staff, DA staff, other services, and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects.

  • Apply expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation to meet organizational missions, goals, and objectives.

  • Assist in administrative actions including clearance request submissions for incoming visitors; coordinate continental and international travel authorizations via Defense Travel System (DTS)

  • Consolidate Power Point slides and presentations for meetings and facilitate meetings as needed (set-up and execute slide presentations, roll-call, take notes and actions)

  • Track equipment inventory for the product manager and communicate discrepancies

  • Consolidate meeting minutes from various meetings and send action items to responsible parties

  • Coordinate and reserve conference rooms

  • Assist with scheduling vendor meetings; coordinate Hail and Farewell events, awards, social activities, and off-site

  • Facilitate necessary documents for Town Hall awards and presentations

  • Submit organization chart updates; work with Senior Leadership front office to develop and submit meeting requests.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active DOD Secret Clearance

  • Candidate must possess at least 5 years of management, Executive Officer, assistant, administrative, and clerical experience.

  • Experience with US Army project offices

  • MA/MS/MBA and 10 years of DOD environment experience, OR BA/BS and 13 years of DOD environment experience, OR No degree and 16 years of DOD environment experience

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS) is preferable.

  • Understanding of standard operating procedures, correspondence, internal management processes, and scheduling is highly desired.

  • Must possess technical competency with general office equipment.

  • Possess excellent communications skills (verbal and written).

  • Able to work multiple tasks efficiently and simultaneously.Shall possess interpersonal and learning skills.
