CACI is seeking a Subject Matter Expert on Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Software for our Aberdeen Proving Ground Team. They will support PM Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) point of contact for the MMO - Mounted Position Navigation and Timing (PNT) Authentication and Authorization (A&A) project.

What You’ll Get to Do:

A chosen candidate will support PM PNT’s effort to further develop a 2 slot CMOSS chassis.

Reuse VICTORY test capabilities and tools to:

  • Test PNT services on the PD implementation

  • System Engineer and Test the SW manager

  • Proteus implementation support and provide feedback to vendor

  • Provide systems engineering (SE) support to PM PNT for further two slot CMOSS development

The following is expected tasking to be completed by the candidate

  • Work with government personnel to identify test requirements

  • Conduct tests and record test results

  • Support SE tasking including system requirements inputs and traceability matrix support

  • Record results and provide test reports in format designated by government personnel

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Education and years’ experience

  • BS in software engineering or related discipline

  • 10 years’ experience with engineering communications, PNT, or SIGINT systems

  • Experience with coding Software Defined Radio (SDR) technologies

  • Familiar with processing algorithms in C/C++ based or straight math descriptions

  • Experience with Model-based system engineering (MBSE)

  • Familiar with Linux based OS (ex. CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.)

  • Self-starter with good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

  • Work will be conducted at government facility in APG, MD and at contractor site

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
