CACI is seeking a Network Administrator (Journeyman) to support the U.S. Army at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will be part of an integrated team to maintain effectiveness in defeating worldwide electronic warfare and signals threats while using your problem-solving skills and able to work with a team while in support of on-going projects managed from the Communications Electronic Command Software Engineering Center’s Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) Program Office.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • The Network Engineer will perform various network engineering functions including: conceptualization, design, implementation, and optimization.

  • Will perform assessment of evolving user needs, translating those needs into network changes through network reconfiguration, hardware and software acquisitions, installation and test.

  • Will support the creation of hardware lists, software lists, network diagrams, network data flow diagrams, SOPs and other documentation as required.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience; OR 8 years of relevant experience (in lieu of degree).

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification.

  • Must be Information Assurance (IA) Trained and Certified per the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; IAW most current DoDM 8140.03.

  • Must have knowledge of Cisco IOS, VLANs, trunking, and routing.

  • Must be knowledgeable in the application of current and emerging network software and hardware technology and protocols.

  • Must be well versed with Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Juniper switches and knowledge of configuring networking with TACLANEs preferred.

  • Knowledge with Juniper network devices preferred.

$75,200 - 158,100 USD
