This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business and Technical Management to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. The pay band NH-03 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-12/13. Responsibilities Establish goals and assume duties in the absence of the Team Leader for a technology team. Develop innovative support concepts to ensure hardware and software readiness. Contribute to the establishment of procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations. Analyze historical data from previous years to identify recurring problem areas and systemic issues. Identify significant technology problems (actual and incipient) associated with support status. Serve as a technology liaison for matters impacting assigned organizations. Implement the annual Records Management Program as a Records Coordinator. Collaborate with multiple offices to document repeatable best practices regarding online document storage and communications. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications About the Position: Serves as Management Analyst in support of administration and operations management of the Integrated Logistics Support Center's (ILSC's) Technology Team. Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level GS-11/NH-02 which includes experience 1) Analyzing data to identify information technology issues affecting organizational programs and operations such as trends, recurring problem areas, and systemic issues in computer systems, applications, software, hardware and/or networks; 2) Providing operational management in the areas of Information Technology hardware, software, and/or budget; 3) Facilitating the execution of program management responsibilities to include monitoring project completion, due dates and tracking all action items to completion for hardware, software, networks and/or mobile devices. Education cannot be substituted for experience. Education Additional Information This non-supervisory position is subject to a salary control point equivalent to the GS-13, step 05 base salary, or if the incumbent's salary currently exceeds the GS-13, step 05 level the incumbent's salary will be put on a salary control point at the incumbents existing salary.
