CACI is seeking a cleared Equipment Specialist who will work in support of the C5ISR Center HQ and subordinate Directorates at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will be working with the customer and associated contractors as part of the C5ISR Center Equipment Management Team.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Oversight of load testing and certification for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts, hand forks, and cranes for C5ISR Center organizations.

  • Monitor and track accountability, maintenance and utilization for GSA leased and Army-owned non-tactical vehicles (NTV), Tactical Vehicles, and miscellaneous equipment.

  • Oversight of Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibration and equipment repair support for the C5ISR Center organization.

  • Manage, inspect, and schedule periodic preventive maintenance and services for equipment.

  • Coordinate Modification Work Orders for equipment

  • Oversite of Safety of Use Messages (SOUM) and Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS)

  • Knowledge and familiarity to put into practice the following Army Regulations and Technical Bulletins: AR 750-1 Army Material Maintenance Policy, SA PAM 750-1, Maintenance of Supplies and Equipment, Commanders’ Maintenance Handbook; AR 750-43, Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment; TB 43-0142, Safety Inspection and Testing of Lifting Devices; AR 600-55 Army Driver and Operator Standardization Program, AR58-1, Management, Acquisition, and Use of Motor Vehicles, TB43-180 Calibration and Repair Requirements for the Maintenance of Army Material

More About the Role:

You will be working with the Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP), Equipment Utilization and Maintenance Management (EUMP), and Operator Licensing. Test, Measurement, Diagnostic Equipment, NTV, and Tactical Vehicle Management. Perform the proper tracking and accountability of potentially sensitive materials for key U.S. Army programs, as well as utilization, routine maintenance, and calibration of Army equipment.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • A US with an Active Secret Clearance.

  • A/AS or 2-year Technical School with 5 years of related experience.

  • Substitution: HS/GED with 8 years of related experience

  • Must have formal training and working experience in accountability, maintenance, and utilization tracking for Army-owned non-tactical vehicles (NTV).

  • Knowledge of Logistic Information Warehouse (LIW) sites is required for supply chain management.
