What You’ll Get to Do

  • Perform high level administrative tasks in support of the C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

  • Conduct, research, prepare and present reports for technical and non-technical personnel.

  • Gather, analyze, and compose reports including but not limited to technical data, administrative data, and event support.

  • Work with government leadership for a wide variety of administrative responsibilities.

  • Receive and analyze tasks received from higher headquarters, business and operations, and security, providing recommendations to leadership.

  • Simultaneously track and report the current status of multiple projects and information requests, ensuring on time response and delivery by the customer.

  • Collect and compile technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by intelligence/technical and non-technical personnel.

  • Coordinate travel logistics for leadership.

You'll Bring These Qualifications

  • Active Secret or TS/SCI Eligible

  • BA/BS and 3 years' experience (OR) Associates degree and 4yrs

  • experience (OR) High School and 6 years of experience.

  • Experienced in providing high-level Army administrative support to technical and/or management staff in an Army or other military environment.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,

  • etc.).

  • Experience with Army ATAAPS, Defense Travel, Visit Access requests

  • Familiar with Army Regulation (AR) 25-50

  • Familiar with SharePoint Systems (uploading, database updates,

  • editing, etc.).

  • Familiar with Microsoft TEAMS.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi task and quickly

  • pivot .

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with staff operations in Navy or Army

  • Army Headquarters level experience a plus.
