Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Sr. Portfolio Manager to join our team in Aberdeen, MD. In this role, you will play an key part in delivering information management solutions to our government customer.

Essential Job Duties

  • Develop IT system portfolio management solutions to support IT system inventory reduction, the DoD Business Enterprise Architecture, the Defense BTA, OSD IRB certifications and FDCCI.

Minimum Requirements

  • Possess more than a fundamental knowledge of portfolio management tools and concepts.

  • Experience working in DoD projects and managing and deploying complex and state-of-the-art integrated systems.

  • Thorough knowledge of the Acquisition program life cycle, the APMS, the FISMA and interrelations of each functional discipline to execute successful completion of the project.

  • Excellent communications skills are also critical, as this candidate will interact with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design.

  • Must be articulate in communicating both orally and in writing with the ability to present to Flag Officers, General Officers, and members of the Senior Executive Service.

  • Active Secret clearance.

Work Environment

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

  • Working on-site on a military facility in Aberdeen, MD.

  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
