CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Mobile Engineer for our growing team in Aberdeen!

This is a static role, possibly moving to mobile.

Role Summary:

  • Maintaining and keeping in good repair, the buildings mechanical & electrical systems along with all associated component parts.

  • Testing & Inspection using C&G – 2391 Issuing Minor works & Reviewing test documentation from sub-contractors.

  • Basic A/C Works Fault finding & PPM works.

  • Basic Fabric repairs I.E Plumbing, Doors etc

  • Routine tests, checks and record keeping for all the buildings systems I.E Weekly Fire alarms, Disabled Toilet alarms

  • Maintain water systems and all records to the highest standard in accordance with L8 Legislation.

  • Provide innovative solutions to improve building, plant and system energy efficiency.

The successful candidate will be a multi-skilled engineer who is proficient in various disciplines, capable of handling a range of maintenance and repairs on-site. Their responsibilities include performing inspections, diagnosing and fixing equipment issues, conducting repairs across different systems, and ensuring smooth operations on site.

Hours

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8am - 5pm

  • Overtime flexibility may be required

  • On-Call schedule available

Qualifications & Experience

  • Apprentice trained

  • Experience working with building management systems including fault finding and operator use

  • Health & Safety Qualified i.e. IOSH and/or NEBOSH
