Are you an experienced and successful Sales & project coordinator who is ready to be part of a highly driven commercial team in a global organization? We are looking for an engaged individual capable of taking the role as Sales & project coordinator in the Nordics and Baltics.

You will be part of an experienced and ambitious high performing team, based in Aarhus, Denmark, in ones of the worlds leading companies.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support sales executives to manage their accounts, both externally (with clients) and internally.

  • Project administration, account management activities (such as customer data and products life cycle) and inquiries from clients.

  • Handle customer projects: enter and follow up in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved.

  • Create and maintain new product introductions and discontinuation information. Maintain commercial contracts and agreements.

  • Manage all commercial data (prices and price conditions, product portfolio management, etc).

  • Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions, take care of day-to-day client requests; collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction.

You bring

  • Your education; you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Experience; you will have previous experience in Sales Support or Customer Care in a corporate environment.

  • The right approach; you will have a customer-centric focus, be able to work independently and have great organizational skills. Beyond this you must have a strong work ethic, be passionate about working within a team and happy to lend your support to those around you.

  • Your Skillset; you must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.

  • IT skills; you must have strong capability with IT systems and tools such as Microsoft Office and SAP.

  • Language skills; you must be fluent in both Danish and English (written/verbal).
