BE A CHAMPION, INC. Enrichment Instructors in 78221 San Antonio, Texas

The Enrichment Instructor will lead and instruct students in various activities, including academic assistance and enrichment activities, at a specific assigned school within the designated region. This is a perfect opportunity for college students.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Supervise, assist, and instruct students in basic subject matters including academic.  

  • Uphold professionalism in dealings with students and program partners including principals, teachers, and parents. 

  • Create a safe environment for learning and playing by using classroom management techniques. 

  • Other duties include helping distribute snacks, taking student attendance, supervising children’s restroom breaks, and helping clean up classrooms after program use. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • At least one year of experience working with youth. 

  • Interest in working with children and contributing to their overall education. 

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. 

  • Must be dependable and have transportation to assigned school.

  •  Must be able to work independently without supervision. 

  • Must be able to pass a background check. 

  • Fingerprinting clearance required before beginning work in the program. 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S

Pay Range: $13 - $15
