Arrow Exterminators is seeking a dedicated full-time entry-level Termite Exterminator to join our professional team. This is a fulfilling role with competitive pay of $19 - $24/hour and excellent benefits , including:

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with approximately 8 stops per day. Occasional Saturday work may be required, but no night shifts. We prioritize work-life balance to ensure our team enjoys weekends and evenings stress-free!

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:
As a Termite Exterminator, your daily responsibilities include cultivating lasting client relationships, ensuring homes remain pest-free, and executing treatments with precision. Conduct thorough inspections, determine prescribed treatments, and prepare areas for treatment, utilizing a commercial backpack mist duster. Apply wood-destroying organism treatments, such as installing termite bait stations, trenching, drilling, and spraying, to protect our clients' properties. Your expertise will not only eliminate pests but also provide peace of mind to our valued customers. Interact with clients, share your knowledge, and become an indispensable part of the Arrow Exterminators family.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing and certification exams
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
No experience necessary! We will train the right person.
