AWSサポートエンジニアリングチーム (旧組織名: プレミアムサポート) ではオペレーションズマネージャーを募集しています。

サポートエンジニアリングチームでは、AWS のクラウドサービスを活用しているお客様を技術的に支援するクラウドサポートエンジニアによって 24 時間 365 日、日本語による技術サポートを提供しています。

オペレーションズマネージャーは、サポートエンジニアリングチームのリード、ワールドワイドなオペレーショナル・エクセレンスの実現、技術サポートの運用品質管理、社内外のエスカレーションなど、広域にわたって組織運営に対して責任を担うポジションになります。そのため、高い技術力と分析力を持ち、技術部門でのリーダー経験、口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーション能力が必要となります。そしてなによりもAWSのお客様の成長と成功に情熱を注ぐことができる方を求めています。

■Roles and Responsibilities

●世界中のエンジニア、マネージャーと緊密に連携し、お客様の問題を可能な限り迅速に解決する

●オペレーション効率化、パートーナーシップ強化、採用、人材育成など担当する技術領域（Profile）の改善をリードする

●明確な戦略、優先付けによってサポートエンジニアリングチームで担当する技術領域(Profile)をリードする

●技術サポートの要件を明確にし、チームの優先順位を交渉し、エスカレーションを管理する

●運用パフォーマンスの分析と定期的なレビューの実施

●コーチング、フィードバック、パフォーマンス管理を通じて、効果的なリーダーシップを発揮する

●お客様やチームメンバーとタイムリーにポジティブなコミュニケーションを行う

3ヶ月に 1 度ほどの間隔で日中の時間帯に週末を含む 1 週間の OnCall 対応があります。日本語サポートチームの拠点は海外にもあり、タイムゾーンごとにオペレーションズマネージャーが複数名でカバーしているため夜間対応の必要はなく、フォローザサンの体制で突発的なタスクを次の拠点へ引き継ぐ体制が整っているためワークライフハーモニーが実現しやすい環境です。

Basic Qualifications

  • 技術部門でのマネジメントもしくはリーダーの経験

  • 業務管理、組織運営を通じて何らかの成果を出した経験

  • 日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル (ネイティブレベル)

  • 英語コミュニケーションスキル (ビジネスレベルの読み書き)

Preferred Qualifications

  • エンジニアのパフォーマンス管理ならびにコーチング経験

  • 顧客とのコミュニケーションを促進する上で重要となる、口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーションスキル

  • AWSもしくはCloud Computingに関する知識

  • 英語コミュニケーションスキル (会話)
