AWSサポートエンジニアリングチーム (旧組織名: プレミアムサポート) ではオペレーションズマネージャーを募集しています。

サポートエンジニアリングチームでは、AWS のクラウドサービスを活用しているお客様を技術的に支援するクラウドサポートエンジニアによって 24 時間 365 日、日本語による技術サポートを提供しています。オペレーションズマネージャーは、サポートエンジニアリングチームのリード、ワールドワイドなオペレーショナル・エクセレンスの実現、技術サポートの運用品質管理、社内外のエスカレーションなど、広域にわたって組織運営に対して責任を担うポジションになります。

■Roles and Responsibilities

このポジションは高い技術力と分析力を持ち、技術部門でのマネジメントもしくはリーダー経験、口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーション能力が必要となります。そしてなによりもAWSのお客様の成長と成功に情熱を注ぐことができる方を求めています。

  • 世界各国にいるエンジニア、マネージャー、ダイレクターなど様々なステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、お客様の問題を可能な限り迅速に解決する

  • オペレーション効率化、パートーナーシップ強化、採用、人材育成など組織運営の改善をリードする

  • 明確な戦略、優先付けによってサポートエンジニアリングチームをリードする

  • 運用パフォーマンスの分析と定期的なレビューの実施

  • コーチング、フィードバック、パフォーマンス管理を通じて、効果的なリーダーシップを発揮する

  • お客様やチームメンバーとタイムリーにポジティブなコミュニケーションを行う

3ヶ月に 1 度ほどの間隔で日中の時間帯に週末を含む 1 週間の OnCall 対応があります。日本語サポートチームの拠点は海外にもあり、タイムゾーンごとにオペレーションズマネージャーが複数名でカバーしているため夜間対応の必要はなく、フォローザサンの体制で突発的なタスクを次の拠点へ引き継ぐ体制が整っているためワークライフハーモニーが実現しやすい環境です。

Basic Qualifications

  • 技術部門でのピープルマネジメントの経験

  • 正社員のエンジニアのパフォーマンス管理ならびにコーチング経験

  • 他部門横断型プロジェクトをリードした経験

  • 顧客とのコミュニケーションを促進する上で重要となる、口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーションスキル

  • データを活用しながら組織の根本的な課題を追求し、最適案を考え実行した経験

  • 日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル (ネイティブレベル)

  • 英語コミュニケーションスキル (ビジネスレベル)

Preferred Qualifications

  • オペレーション、エンジニアリング、サポート分野で改善プログラムを推進した経験

  • 技術サポート部門でのマネジメント経験

  • セカンドラインのマネージャー経験

  • AWSもしくはCloud Computingに関する知識
