About the role

To enable the achievement of sales objectives and outcomes through efficient data tool and precise business insight

Regular Reporting:

  • Collect and organize monthly depletion/stock/distribution data from sales (Cover Mainland China), optimize data collection sop and template.

  • Systematically collate and inspect the original data; complete and publish the regular update of monthly depletion & inventory data in Power BI;

  • Monthly analysis and reporting to LT to let them know the business status and R&O

Business Insight:

  • Acquiring, compiling, cleaning, storing and executing queries on business intelligence systems

  • Close with sales to know about the actual business, help to find R&O to support business decision.

  • Responsible for insight request from stakeholders or different projects : business analysis and data mining models set-up. Give insight to LT for business decision.

  • Efficient regular data tool or analysis model in daily business to meet sales’ needs.

  • Interpret the business data to help develop strategies, uncovering trends and changes within business operations

Data Automation:

  • Data automation, localization and to deliver visualized report to make sales force more efficient

  • Database setup and maintain to ensure one data source within Mainland.

  • Sales system (Including DMS, MDM, SFA…) framework design and operation management. Liaise with the Sales team to ensure the execution and operationalisation of system tools.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business, commerce, marketing or related discipline

  • Exceptional written/oral communication skills

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience in BI or similar role

  • Proven ability in managing cross-functional projects

  • Proven ability to influence without authority

  • Advanced computer application skills across the full MS Office suite.

  • Entrepreneurial attitude, and team player at all levels

  • Solid business acumen, and ability to learn entire business model

  • Presentation, training, coaching and facilitation skills

  • Wine / drinks Industry and BI System development experience will be added value
