Teresian House is searching for a Maintenance Tech to work 7a-3p including rotating weekends. This person will make inspections of rooms and performs necessary repair work, maintain tools and supplies necessary, clean heating/air conditioning unit filters, clothes dryer vents, and ceiling vents, and perform simple electrical repairs such as replacing bulbs and fixtures as needed. This position is responsible for performing seasonal work such as shoveling snow, salting walkways, parking lots, etc.

The perfect candidate will be familiar with the general building code, have good interpersonal skills, reliable and be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Experience with the elderly in prior work experience and HVAC experience are both preferred. Must be able to lift over 30 pounds routinely and must be available for flexible schedule and overtime when needed.
