Compensation: $21.95 - $35.98 /hr

Principal Accountabilities

  • May operate heavy machinery (such as forklift) or computer programs

  • Use a variety of tools and retrieve parts to perform general repairs and maintain equipment

  • Conduct daily set-up of area

  • Troubleshooting

  • Perform lock out tag out and other safety procedures

  • Written and digital Documentation: daily log, round sheets, and other reports

  • Working around or with machinery and power sources such as electricity

  • Cleanliness and housekeeping

  • Maintaining a safe working environment

  • Any other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Legal to work in the US

  • 18 yrs old or older

  • Read, write, and speak English

  • Basic math which includes fractions and algebra

  • Knowledge of basic tools and maintenance related subjects

  • Must be able to write and read in the prevalent language of technical literature utilized at the facility

  • Willingness and ability to participate on various teams such as HAZMAT

  • Must be able to attain the refrigeration/Caro and Ciro certifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Cargill experience

  • Computer skills

  • Previous ammonia refrigeration or PSM experience
