PA Job Summary: Worthington Machine is searching for an experienced CNC and Manual Machinist with Programming knowledge and experience. Both Lathe and Mill Operators are welcome to apply. The job shop environment has consistently varying quantities and production. The position requires the ability to program and set up machines, and fixture and produce parts accurately. This shop makes individual parts to complete assemblies. As a versatile job shop made up of skilled craftsmen, employees are exposed to the manufacturing of many diverse products. Key Responsibilities:

? Program, set up, and run a variety of equipment which includes manual lathes, manual mills and Bridgeport machines, grinders, saws, and specifically Okuma CNC Mill, Okuma CNC Lathe, Haas VF4, and Fanuc Robo Drill.

? The role may involve programming and setting up machines for other team members.

? Select appropriate machine and settings for a given task.

? Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping.

? Fixture and produce parts accurately; quantities of parts range from 1 to 500 pieces.

? Review drawings or samples to ensure accurate production.

? Troubleshoot and rectify any problems and assist other machinists as needed.

? Maintain accuracy and flexibility with day-to-day work varying consistently.

Job Requirements:

? Minimum of 4 years of experience.

? Experience programming & machining parts with varying material composition.

? Able to read and interpret drawings.

? Able to perform own setups and setups for team members.

? Multi-tasking while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

? Problem solving skills are a must.

? Experience with writing programs for G Code/Haas Conversational, and Mastercam Software a plus.
