Thrive Support and Advocacy Direct Care Professional in Worcester, Massachusetts

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our residential team. \ We are hiring full-time 30 and 40-hour positions during first shift, second shift, and overnights working in our group homes in Marlborough, Shrewsbury, and Worcester MA. \ We are also hiring relief staff. \ Applicants with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis are especially needed. \ Our direct care staff assist residents with their activities of daily living such as showering, dressing, cooking, and cleaning. They also accompany individuals to medical appointments and social activities in the community. \ Support staff also assist individuals with emotion regulation, medical emergencies, and behavioral dysregulation. \ Thrive provides all necessary trainings such as CPR, First Aid, Med Administration (MAP), Human Rights, etc. Duties: \ Reading, writing, and carrying out directions \ Charting or taking notes for others to review \ Providing companionship and supportive listening \ Reporting changes in the health or status of the client \ Feeding clients \ Maintaining patient\'s health equipment \ Responding to emergency situations \ Administering medication \ Transporting client to appointments \ Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport \ Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities Available Positions: Second Shift: Sun-8am-10pm, Mon-2pm-10pm, &Tue-1pm-10pm - (30hrs) Thur- 1pm-10pm, Fri 2pm-10pm &Sat 8am-10pm - (30hrs) Wed -1pm-10pm, Thur-1pm-10pm, Fri -2pm-10pm & Sat -8am-10pm (40hrs) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From \$17.15 per hour Click Here to Apply
