Overview

We at Swift Uniforms recognize the value that our Traveling Customer Service team brings to the company. As the face of the company to most customers, the Traveling Customer Service team gets the opportunity to build a strong customer experience and lasting relationship with our customers. We are looking for an outgoing, dependable, hard-working person to join our Traveling Customer Service team. If you are passionate about working with customers and have an interest in the retail industry, this is the perfect position for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Drive box truck, set up and work on-site scrub sales
  • When not traveling, you will restock for next show or work in the Waco Retail Store
  • Show are typically 3 days/2 nights - traveling throughout TX and AR (Company provides transportation, hotel and food per diem for overnight sales)
  • Provide top-notch customer service to each person who walks through our doors - Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Maintain the appearance of the store daily
  • Process inventory and special orders as they are received
  • Use empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problem
  • Manage incoming calls, phone orders and inquiries
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete customer information in POS system
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow procedures, guidelines and policies provided by company
