Design and Develop mechanical components and industrial processing systems. Responsible to provide feasible and cost reducing GD&T solutions for industrial equipment and industrial processing systems and assemblies. Apply GD&T scheme to various mechanical components to manufacture feasibility and develop production drawings with the use of tools like CAD Design and analysis tools, Siemens NX and CATIA. Verify mechanical assemblies for fit / function of components and clearance investigations through 3DCS Dimensional Variation Analysis and Tolerance Stacks with the use of Stack Manager Siemens NX. Responsible to provide Design Engineer support for after treatment Pump Electronic Tank Units (PETUs) for IPSD Engines with focus on quality first responder and design contact for PETUs production. Contribute to the concept and develop complex components and subsystems to strengthen engineering skills. Interact with cross functional team of industry and contribute to the delivery of design projects. Investigate design issues and solve the problem for new product developments pertain to after treatment systems. Support to validate endurance life of New Product Introductions through test bench and lab activities for after treatment components and assemblies. Initiate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities to all PETU assemblies and its components. Conduct FMEA design process for all new parts and assemblies. Develop Built-in-Quality (BIQ) activities as a short-duration project to resolve specific process and / or design changes with the use of problem solve methodology and appropriate 6 Sigma tools. Present project status and updates in design reviews meets on weekly basis. Employer will accept a Masterss degree in the Mechanical/Industrial/Product Engineering or equivalent, plus one year of experience. Various worksites. Relocation is unanticipated depending on the client needs. The frequency of the relocation as well is unknown, as it purely depends on the client requirement. There is no National or international travel involved
