National Lutheran Communities & Services Certified Medication Aide (CMA)- The Village at Orchard Ridge in Winchester, Virginia

This role is PRN or as needed (12 Hour Shifts)

We are currently hiring for Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join the National Lutheran Communities & Services family. The main focus is to provide services like medication administration and personal care services. You will also be responsible for providing direct, hands- on care to residents to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We count on you to provide care for your residents the way you'd care for the needs of your own family.

The salary range is $19.00 - $20.50 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

You will need a C.N.A. Certification and a Medication Aide. Knowledge of safe medication administration techniques is required. You will need the ability to work independently, have a team player mentality and a passion for serving older adults. If you have experience in a healthcare setting, even better!
