InterMetro Industries is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Corporate HQ located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to learn and grow in an industry-leading company. This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure across two markets. The Sales Coordinator will implement and manage a variety of short and long-term assignments for the Commercial Products and Health Care Markets. We seek someone comfortable assessing processes and suggesting process flow improvements. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and driven individual that likes to lead assignments to successful conclusions. The Sales Coordinator will have a passion for marketing, sales analysis, and working collaboratively with a variety of internal and external partners.

Primary Responsibilities: 1. Provides e-commerce support to ensure the distribution channel has the most up-to-date product information. Maintains National Account website content, such as account website reviews to ensure accurate listings, dealer price file updates, and product additions/deletions to dealer offerings. 2. Conducts internal reviews of customer-specific products in Oracle to ensure product status is accurate. 3. Utilizing Power BI and Excel to develop Tier Level reporting, maintain membership rosters, and complete ad hoc reporting summaries. In addition, owning the price file management process, and the management of product content. 4. Provide administrative support to the Architect and Equipment Planner Initiative. The support functions include but are not limited to database management and metrics reporting. 5. Conducts market research and competitive assessments. Synthesize results and communicate key findings to internal key stakeholders, including sales and product management. This information will be used to develop innovative, market-leading solutions and determine the most effective marketing methods. 6. Review end-user sales data (buying behaviors, trends, issues, gaps, etc.) via Power BI and document business intelligence. 7. Helps prepare QBR and Annual Planning decks. 8. Possesses knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics. Contributes to a workplace environment that is conducive to the maintenance of the Code. Remains alert and sensitive to situations that could result in actions by an employee that are illegal, unethical, or in violation of the Code or the policies and procedures that support the Code. Reports actual or perceived violations of the Code or Company policies and procedures for appropriate action. 9. Other duties, as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or another relevant field.
