RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain Quality Systems to ISO 9000 and Customer standards * Control and interpretation of customer requirements and issuance of necessary instructions for conformance to these requirements. * Interface with customer representative for source inspections and quality issue resolution. * Responsible for review of customer drawings, specifications, etc. to identify customer quality requirements- Product and System. * Prepare inspection instructions for Radiographic, Fluorescent Penetrant, Grain Etch, Visual and Dimensional Inspection. * Perform audits to monitor product quality. * Support manufacturing/inspection training activity. * Support manufacturing/inspection training activity. * Quality investigations as required to identify and eliminate scrap/rework causes. * Schedule and review casting layouts per internal and customer requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS: * B.S. in Technical Discipline * Six Sigma Training * 1-3 years Quality experience preferred. Experience which combines both customer contact and technical discipline will also be considered. * Knowledge of blueprints and airfoil specifications a definite asset. * Excellent communicator and capable of interacting with different levels of the organization. * Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
